We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes.For custom orders, please note that it may take between 3–10 business days to make your item before it is shipped. Delivery time estimates provided during checkout do not include this production period.

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused and in original packaging.
